Cambium at Careys Manor - Brockenhurst

I felt that this was too expensive for the quality and taste of food.

The Cambium is comfortable, very clean and pleasant the staff is attentive and very helpful. I can't blame that. The main vegetarian thing was very overpriced for the food, but it was made available. The Butternut Squash Pasta was an incredibly small portion and really pretty bland. We are very pleased to pay a reasonable price for good food, but this was incredibly overpriced for what it was and vegetarians / vegans in this respect not well looked after and I would not recommend or re-book. We had eaten in the Thai restaurant on the eve and the prices were similar, the food was from a far better standard for vegetarians and I was happy to pay the price and would be happy back.

Only a pleasant experience around, food was First Class.

We were at the hotel to my Husbands 60. celebrating birthday and dinner in the evening, we were not disappointed. Beautiful table very good service, attentive, but not intrusive. The food was excellent with the full works and each course was a joy. Would recommend.

Brilliant food and fabulous service. In fact it was everything you could want for a wonderful evening out.
