Starbucks - Broadview

They always overload cream in my coffee even if I emphasize NOT to do it. If we pay well for a decent coffee, why not to have it right?

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I actually went to this location twice to make sure I wasn't over reacting and they still got my order wrong. The service was **** poor and the employees just threw my drink together without any care or concern of the details I wanted added in to my purchase. My wife had to remind the Barista three times, the specifics in which she wanted her drink made and even still it wasn't done correctly. To add insult to injury, it was mid day and they didn't even have a complete variety of baked goods. When I go to Starbucks I expect consistency every time and service with a smile. Extensive customer service and product training is needed for the employees at this location. You can clearly tell this Starbucks location isn't on Corporate's radar as it should be.
