In all honesty, the food is not the problem here. I've coming here twice, and the main man working the register has such bad body odor. He smells horrific. It's turning me off on wanting to order food here. Because if he is also handling the food. I fear that I'm going to get sick. Well I do get sick when I smell him ringing me out for 30 seconds. So I can imagine what kind of hygiene he has and he's handling the food. It's absolutely disgusting.

Your pizza has changed. The deep dish crust is supposed to be garlic butter crust; but tastes like cornmeal. The mushrooms look and taste like canned mushrooms. The spinach tastes like frozen. I'm going to start looking for a better pizza. Too bad because I loved your pizza

Lou Malnotti's is the best! I'm not a big fan of deep dish pizza, but their thin crust is outstanding. It has a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and their veggie pizza has a generous amount of toppings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, too. It's my go to place for pizza on the run.

Pizza was burnt and not what I ordered. I would suggest a different location for people to order from.

Ordered a large half patty sausage and half cheese pizza.. drove 20 minutes home to find our pizza SCORCHED. Couldn't even tell which half was which given the whole top of the pizza was black. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and scraped what we could of the cheese off, but there was no saving it as the crust was hard as a rock; not to mention there was barely any sauce. Love Lou Malnati's but this location missed the mark BIG TIME. Why would you even be okay with serving a pizza like that?? I would not have had a problem waiting longer if you called and explained the initial pizza was burned.. it's all about customer service and clearly they lack that here.
