Bidrage med feedbackI am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. The customer service was a mess. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was charged twice for my order, which was a large one. The employee took my phone and attempted to pay again, even after I showed her proof that the payment had already gone through. She was continuously rude and raised her voice at me.
Not great if I’m honest, why does the bacon have to be so anaemic? Got it free with my points so I’ll not complain too much, but BK is so much better!
Disappointing. Received poor service while trying to order a cola and McPlant burger. Waited for 10 minutes! Blah blah blah, it was frustrating and I didn't enjoy my experience.
I arrived at the restaurant during opening hours only to be informed that they had turned off their tills and were only serving customers at the drive-thru. Frustrated, I returned to my car and joined the drive-thru line. After witnessing the restaurant serve 4 cars in the other lane before me (who were not there when I arrived), I finally reached the cashier. Unfortunately, they encountered issues processing my code from the app. To make matters worse, they were out of half the items I wanted to order and ended up giving me items I did not request. Overall, it was a disorganized and disappointing experience.
Very greasy. Plus point is ordered off the new points app, using my points, so got flat bread, double sausage and egg and sausage and egg McMuffin meal all for less than £5
