Nando's Malibongwe Drive Thru

Not much to say about it, just did a drive though and the assistant was friendly and helpful. Got what I came for and enjoyed it.

I am a huge fan of Nandos I am honestly a regular especially at Malibongwe as it’s closer to my home. Yesterday we did our drive through with my husband, the usual unfortunately my order was for the 1st time not good enough. I sent a review this morning didn’t really expect much. About an hour later, I received a call from (Lindo)Manager from Malibongwe who was extremely sorry, kind to me. She kindly requested me to come back to the branch this evening she apologised again in person offered me the same meal exactly the way I like it. I am truly impressed grateful for this service. I am satisfied Thank you Nandos Malibongwe .

Excellent customer service and they are abiding by Covid regulations and the service is quick and efficient and I enjoyed their meal .

The food has improved. Yesterday I bought a take away as usual and their chicken tasted better than before. The service was a bit slow however the person was helping me was quite friendly.

Service is very slow at the drive thru. The chicken livers have very little gravy in the box.
