Yasouvlaki - Broad Channel

I love the moussaka, the Greek wine and the spanakopita and pita bread and dips. The menu is somewhat limited and the tables are on top of one another. A nice addition to the neighborhood.

Been here once before and I think it was better this time. They make a great gyro and it is authentic too. Love the french fries in the gyro. All flavors just worked. The spinach pie was good but nothing special. The haloumi appetizer was good too. Being Cypriot I know halloumi well and they did it right. This is a solid spot and I would come back in a heartbeat.

My bf and I came in without a reservation and the hostess welcomed us and was super friendly.. no issue getting sat. Once sat our server Jack told us the specials and let us know his favs on the menu… He was super knowledgeable and super friendly!! We ordered the mixed grill, bottle of wine and baklava and everything seriously exceeded expectations!! We mentioned to Jack we were considering a salad and he subbed one of the items on our mixed grill for a Greek salad which was awesome! Never once did we have to ask for more water or more of anything.. Definitely will be bringing friends and family here!!
