Preorders for the Super Bowl, ordered at 3:00 for 6:30 delivery. At 9:00PM they canceled the order. Don’t confirm an order you can’t take. Or don’t take delivery at all on a big night if you can’t handle it . Now it’s 9:00 and I’m trying to find food. Never again.

Awful service they brought out everyone’s food but ours and we waited 45 minutes for one order. The man at the cashier was so unprofessional and rude

There’s homeless people sitting or “chilling” inside. The worker thats taking orders is blowing his nose with a piece of tissue and not sanitizing his hands just touching all the orders and the cash register with those filthy hands! Including his phone it’s flu season for peace sake like come on. There’s no hand sanitizer in sight! I decided to eat my food in my car.

Wings were hard as a rock, overcooked I couldn’t eat it. Lazy workers don’t care about delivery orders. And I couldn’t get refund on delivery app such an amazing experience
