Westville Wall Street - Broad Channel

One of the best salad spots! Quick and fun, super yum and healthy. My fave was the kale

I am so disappointed in my experience at this location. The greeter and waiter who brought me water were very kind. All other staff were actually rude, not even indifferent. I asked for a straw, it was thrown at me. I asked for my salmon to be cooked medium and it was very well done (and dry). The Brussels were difficult to chew and I have veneers! The broccoli and Jasmine rice were tasty. My food was slammed in the table and the waiter who brought it didn 't even look at me, let alone ensure it was my order. I was never checked on. I watched how other guests were treated and I was definitely an outlier. When other patrons received their food, it was given gracefully and the waiter would say, .... we have the salmon bowl with brocoli and asparagus...? and with a smile. I couldn 't get out of there fast enough. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted.

Terrible food, presentation and service. Two servers For the entire reataurant. And non responsive snd slow. I used to go there for good vegan based food and althpough totallynlacking in decor the food Used to ne reasonable. I would not recommend Westville to anyone. Now

Would have been a 5 for the food but the poached eggs on the California Benedict were well-cooked, but cold, as was the Mexican corn. And although the server was very pleasant, she didn't come back to see how the meal was until we were almost through eating. Mushrooms were delicious and piping hot, as were the creamy peas. Brunch Caesar was a winner! We would eat here again if only to try all the vegetable side dishes they offer.

Delivery has not been consistent lately. Portions have gotten smaller and orders have not been filled properly. They must have new management or something is slipping through the cracks.
