We Bagel - Broad Channel

The food is quite good, but the service could be improved. I have an almond allergy and specifically asked for oat milk in my coffee, but they mistakenly used almond milk instead. It's essential to be careful and verify your order when eating here.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! It seems that not all customers are treated equally, as the service here was virtually nonexistent for me. They made a mistake and showed no interest in fixing it. I won't be spending my hard-earned money here again. Terrible customer service.

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. I tried explaining to the cashier four times how I wanted my bagels prepared. It was a simple order: two scooped out, toasted bagels with lox and tomatoes—one with cream cheese and the other without. But they completely messed up my order. The cashier also had a bad attitude.

**Food/Drink:** The everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese was okay, but I wasn't a fan of the spread's texture—it tasted too much like ice cream. On the other hand, the whole wheat bagel with lox spread was good.

This place serves the most amazing bagels! Although it's a small shop, their spreads are fantastic and the bagels themselves are outstanding! I can't picture my weekends without them. Also, the Martinelli Apple Juice complements a warm bagel perfectly! Highly recommended!
