Verde - Broad Channel

Came to this restaurant randomly for brunch since it was one of the few spots without a long wait, not realizing it’s vegan food. As a non-vegan generally close-minded to vegan food, the quality and tastiness of their dishes took my friend and I by great surprise! It really changed my perspective on vegan food. I recommend this spot to vegans and non vegans alike, esp if you don’t want to wait an hour for a solid brunch

Mexican vegan food that is soy and gluten free! Thoroughly enjoyed the food here.

We got the nachos, fantastic! The chips are layered in between the vegetable ingredients in an artful way. I didn't take a photo as it was too exciting to eat. Monday night was slow so a nice atmosphere. The only downside is tables are small and seating too close for comfort.
