Bidrage med feedbackThey usually mess the order up somehow by not listening and rushing. Cat in store means other things. Not the cleanest. Constant attitude.. FOR some mediocre food? Yah, I’ll pass! Also if you get delivery make sure you repeat your address 9-10x… you know so you get your food!
The smoothie juices are absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.
I have been a customer since they first opened, but my delivery tonight was terrible. When you order a hamburger and fries, wouldn't you expect them to include ketchup? I only received one small packet. I won't be ordering again. It’s really disappointing, and I can’t believe this happened. I won’t even comment on the rest of the order. This is a sure way to lose customers.
The woman at the cash register is quite unfriendly and rude. She treats customers poorly, which is off-putting for those considering entering the store. Additionally, they don't clean their blenders properly, so my fruit smoothies often taste like ginger root and ferns.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude, which was surprising because it wasn't particularly busy. When I was trying to explain my order, the chef cut me off in a really abrupt way. There's nothing worse than feeling rushed through your order at a NYC bodega, only for things to get messed up afterward. I ordered some fresh orange juice, and the cashier gave me a hard time for not pre-ordering it before I paid. I don't see why that matters, as it only took a minute to prepare. I apologize for not being familiar with your rules and processes—I'm just trying to pay for my juice and be on my way. During my entire visit, I felt like I wasn't welcome there. It's close to my apartment, but I'd much rather go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and I don’t feel like I need to earn the privilege of being a customer.
