Taco King - Broad Channel

Taco King Mexican Grill is definitely one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood when we are craving for taco or nacho. They serve various cheap Asian Mexican food with decent quality and good flavors. We got their Nacho with Steak, Regular Chili Taco and side orders of shrimp chicken to share with a group of two. It?s overall delicious and our favorite was their steak, which was grilled properly tender. However, their chicken was kind of dry and chewy.

Word of advice: If you 're going to serve overpriced prison-quality food at least do it with a smile! Lady at the register was visibly cold and non appreciative. This place is not owned or operated by latino people. The lack of flavor and authenticity here is a reminder to go with literally any other Mexican restaurant in the area. I 'd have been far more satisfied eating Taco Bell for lunch. $15 enchiladas consisted of 2 tiny soft shell tacos covered in cold, shredded

Still a great place to get tex-mex. They take credit cards now and are on food delivery apps but I suggest calling and ordering delivery directly from them. They use skirt steak for their steak dishes. The Tortillas are fresh also. I live their salsa. Food takes a bit to make. I suggest calling and ordering in advance. Very limited seating.

The veggie taco and veggie quesadilla were really good including the salsa. Everything tasted fresh.

I?ve been coming here for the last decade. Today I got two chicken burritos with everything in it and it was freakin delicious. You could see the freshness of the ingredients and how they were diced. Very impressed. Also, got the cheese nachos that were good.
