Sweet Touch By Iva - Broad Channel

Decided to give this place a try on Ubereats and I say this place has lots of potential…sadly what we ordered kind of tasted like it was sitting for a day or two, there was a strong taste…kind of like when something picks up a smell/taste of its surroundings. I can’t be too harsh on this place it was a weekday and close to closing…Textures we’re good I just wish it was fresh…It would have made a huge difference…I will have to give them another shot…

The most disgusting thing I have ever had. We got a red velvet cake and it was stale and tasted like laundry detergent. We were unable to take another bite. Even after warming it up in the microwave a little, it was still disgusting. First time ever in my life had to throw away a cake.

Love love love the banana pudding. Beats magnolia. Other sweets are just as great. Just have when in the neighborhood.

We were visiting our friends who just moved to Ridgewood and tried to search for spots with great reviews. Iva’s Sweet Parlour popped up and we were appealed by the photos of their Tres leches cake. The decor looks adorable with limited seating and the ambiance was cozy. It's a perfect place to stay for an afternoon.
