Siips Bubble Tea Japanese

My fave spot for bubble tea the tapioca is the best I ever had. It's soft and sweet. The drinks are great. My favorite Thai milk tea. Last time i went they incorporated combo menus with bento boxes. Very filling.Parking: Street parking if you are planning to dine in. If taking out then you can always double park but be careful of the tickets.

If I'm craving gyudon and bubble tea at the same time (happens often), Siips is my number one go-to. Their food is delicious and always arrives hot, and their boba is pretty good. Also, they're open for delivery later than many Japanese places, which is very convenient. I know I can rely on Siips for delicious and high-quality food, snacks, and drinks!

The tea itself is very delicious and I love the place. The service is usually nice, however today one of them laughed me in the face when I said my order. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great spot! So it’s kind of out of no where and super unexpected but so glad to have found it. The service was great, kind and friendly and super helpful when making a choice!! Clean and welcoming. They also have soooo many choices of different kinds of bubble teas, slushy etc.

Stopped in for some refreshments and out will more than what I asked for Tommy and Rosa makes this Place is clean ,friendly environment. ? percent recommended.
