Royal Paan - Broad Channel

Literally the best Indian restaurants in Kitchener, I went here with my loved one and were really happy with the food served. We ordered Chocolate Sandwich, vada pav, Pav Bhaji and Kesar Badma Faloodas which were really delicious. They literally have all of these Indian Food and Refreshments available here. The Vibe here is very authentic Indian, low-key Bollywood music playing around. The food was affordable and was as per the quality- quantity provided. Appreciate the Quick service and Tasty food. Worst service , Every royal pan suppose to have same rule and same price , we tried few locations and no one ask for 2 dollar extra just to add betal nuts Suppari) for paan .

So I gave my husband cash today to use at this shop. I have to say that the government of Canada needs to provide a manual to these illiterate brainless Indians that come to this country and refuse to learn about the law. Why open a business if you have no clue how the Bank of Canada regulates cash and what our currency looks like! I was born and raised here and was shocked when my husband returned from this shop telling me some illiterate that could not speak much English accused him of giving them counterfeit money. It was a 10 dollar bill that was made of PAPER. Wow. An easy lawsuit for injury if it was me being accused but my husband is forgiving. Train your people properly by letting them look at the bank of Canada website before hiring. It’s not right that you are abusing citizens using rightful currency and are not educated so you just accuse an innocent person of a crime. Shameful behaviour on your end.

Wish i could give a negative star. Please, i have a request- if you don't know what a Vada Pav is, especially a Bombay Vada Pav, then please don't state that in the menu. what you sell is not Vada Pav. Please don't degrade Vada pav by caling a **** aloo tikki as Vada Pav.

I have been a customer for a long time. But yesterday I encountered such a rude and arrogant cashier. We ordered Royal Falooda and other stuffs. My wife asked him for a different straw and he rudely replied “I don’t have any in a loud tone”. She felt embarrassed and left quietly.Is this a way to talk to your customer?Never recommend anyone this store again.
