Depending on the time of day, the lines can get pretty long. During the day, the staff tends to be more attentive, while the evenings can be hit or miss. On weekend nights, it often becomes a social hangout for the employees, which can lead to longer wait times since they seem more focused on chatting with friends than attending to customers.

I absolutely love this place! They have the best ice cream and the most amazing frosty treats. The ice cream is so delicious that it melts in your mouth, allowing you to truly savor all the rich flavors. The staff is outstanding, providing excellent service and treating everyone with kindness. I would definitely return for a frosty treat time and time again. If you're looking for ice cream, this is the place to go!

This is a fantastic place to visit on a hot day! Be prepared for a line on especially warm days, but it moves quickly, giving you the chance to browse through their extensive menu. There are so many flavors to choose from, including both icy treats and ice cream. Everything is delicious! One of my personal favorites is the medium-sized mix of half lemon-lime and half cherry ice. The prices are quite reasonable as well. The staff is mostly made up of high school seniors and young college students. They can occasionally be a bit distracted, but they remain polite and professional.

I absolutely love this Ralph's and have tried many others, but this one remains my favorite spot! Unfortunately, I've been experiencing terrible service recently, which is not what I expect for what I'm paying. I'm really disappointed—what happened to our old staff? Please come back! It was supposed to be an enjoyable espresso Sunday.
