Quan Sushi Grill - Broad Channel

I was really disappointed when I ate here since I saw many good reviews but the customer service here shocked me. After I asked if they had seating for 2 they said yes as this couple got up from a table. We sat down and they gave us menus but told us we had to move when another couple left so that a party of 2 could sit where we were at. It was rude and disappointing. Perfectly prepared dishes in an understated sitting area. Best for takeout. But, outstanding quality.

Rude. The food was okay, the service was much to be desired. Not sure why a couple that was seated after me received water but when I asked for water it took 20 minutes to get mine. The server who was a woman didn't seem to be super happy that I was there. I was a normal person getting normal sushi and even left a tip but not sure why I was treated so rudely.

Sushi was good, until a GIANT ROACH climbed up the wall next to our table while we were eating. One of the chefs killed it and it landed on the table. Definitely lost our appetite after that.

I've been ordering from here for 2 years, and its a good place, the Sushi is very Fresh, good service, nice people!!!!!
