Pucker - Broad Channel

The young workers were absolutely pleasant and nice. The older gentleman unsure if manger needs to learn customer service manners and hospitality. Was treated extremely poorly and I have never in my life have been spoken to like this before by a establishment. Our order was canceled and we were given our money back when we didn’t request it. Unbelievable.

To put this simply, this was the worst customer service I have ever received. I do not use Yelp often but this was necessary to let others know about the terrible service we experienced. If you 're here for the long story here you go. I was with my close family and boyfriend and we all separately ordered funnel cakes and such and each one of us put money in the tip jar and I personally COMPLIMENTED the lady who was taking our order. Keep this in mind. She then told each one of us to stand behind the line off to the side while we wait. So each one of us went over to the line and having a good time taking pictures of our feet by the line on the ground while we wait for our food. We were saying things like let 's stand together on the line and don 't stand in front of the line while we were goofing off together, no thoughts about it. Out of no where, a DIFFERENT co-worker, an older man, abruptly said You know I can hear you guys right? We all looked at each other in shock and confusion as he continued to say You guys are making fun of a 15 year old worker? Being disrespectful and making fun of her for something she instructed you guys to do? We were in COMPLETE SHOCK. As my family and I tried to talk about the misunderstanding to this worker to explain we weren 't making fun of his co-worker what-so-ever he continued to be rude and and was convinced otherwise we were making fun this young lady. Instead of trying to work out the misunderstanding, he immediately asked if I would like my money back in a demanding tone. I obviously agreed and received my money back (even for the tips. I was appalled this worker thought we were all collectively making fun of this young worker. He directly accused us and confronted us in such a strong tone. I also asked him what the name of the place was so I can make this review and he responded with you 're that dumb you can 't read the huge sign we have? I guess he realized he had already lost customers at that point that he can just continue being rude. When we were leaving we saw the girl who the man thought we were making fun of and tipped her directly. We also quickly explained we never meant harm and we never mean to offend anyone, we were just talking about a taped line on the ground. I know this sounds silly but it 's because it was ! We never said even a word about this girl, so for him to assume and start confrontation was mind blowing to us. Never once did he try to make the situation better either. It was a terrible customer experience and life experience in general. Would give it a 0/5 stars if I could. Please take my experience into consideration so you don 't have to experience it. No no no no... the lemonade and hot dog was absolute unacceptable. You'd better off bringing kool aid and potato chips honestly. Heavy mistake. Also took 15 mins for the funnel cake, which is very average. Was going to give this place 3 stars, but after tasting the stale funnel cake, it's a no from me.

Love the asbury park ! Most especially this cute little gem . The staff were all friendly and welcoming . It was good to see a manager working alongside snd all smiles Would return here every single time

Just called to check if the they were open since I 'm staying about 5 min away (it 's 11:45) I Never ever complain because I 've been a waitress since I was 15. The girl who answered the phone picked up hello I said Hello and she proceeded to mock me because my phone number is a Hawaiian number. I explained to her I am from Hawaii but staying in asbury.... She then tells me they aren 't open and hangs up on me. Customer service is probably it her thing. Time to look for a new job sis.
