Pub W - Broad Channel

The food here is usually excellent, and the service tends to be quite good as well. This was our first time bringing my father-in-law and his girlfriend, making a total of six at our table. Unfortunately, the service that day left much to be desired. My husband ordered his second beer, and after waiting 15 minutes, the server finally returned to ask if we needed anything—still without the beer he had requested. We ended up waiting another eight minutes and received only one drink refill, which came just before our meals arrived. It felt like we were forgotten, much like how we neglected to leave her a tip. Poor service can really drive customers away. We've been here ten times before, so we know this isn't typical, and we've never had this server before. I hope they consider replacing her. Overall, it's still one of our favorite spots. Be sure to try Momma's casserole!

The staff is extremely attentive, and the interior design is modern and stylish. The food features incredible flavor combinations. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich on jalapeño bread, paired with sweet potato fries.

The food is excellent and offers a wide variety. They serve standard dishes with an interesting twist. The smoked turkey club and meatloaf are particularly delicious.

Went after work for dinner. It was ok. Had the vero mango drink and perfect margarita. Both were good but the perfect margarita was really good. Food was ok. Quantity was not as much as I expected for the price. We did not leave with any leftovers, family of four (2 kids under 10) spent $75. The shrimp roll appetizer was good but small. Wedge salad also good, kids for basic kid meals of burger and chicken strips. Service was good. The music volume and genre was obnoxious! Heavy metal?..I don?t mind a mix of genre but it was back to back and loud. Kind of gave me a headache. Idk if we will go back but at least we can say we tried them.

Stopped by here for dinner with the family. This is a great place for a family dinner or a place to hang out as a sports bar. I had a great chicken sandwich the Chupacabra, my wife had the wedge salad and my daughter had a sandwich on a pretzel bun with melted cheese and bacon (can't remember the name). The service was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and we were able to get a table quickly even at 7pm on a Friday evening. Highly recommend Pub W!
