Premium Sweets - Broad Channel

I 've been going to this place for a long time with my partner, and the staff has always been friendly. However, recently, it seems like they 've made some changes to their management, and we had a problem.My partner and I went there one evening after work, ordered tea and snacks, and were enjoying our time. Everything was fine until I got up to pay the bill at the counter. Suddenly, one of the servers started complaining to a coworker, saying, They 're just sitting here with tea and snacks. We should make a rule that says you can 't do that. He kept repeating this line to make my partner uncomfortable. It felt like he had planned this, and it was very misogynistic because as soon as the “man”, I left, they focused the conversation on my partner so I wouldn 't hear and she gets uncomfortable.When I returned, my partner confronted the server, but he denied everything and said he was talking about some other customers. But there was no one else there having tea and snacks, and even if there were, it 's very rude for a server to talk about customers like that. We 've been regular customers for more than a year, but this will be our last visit to this place.

It was our first time trying their food. They are charging all this money for food but they giving people all this bad food. Rice was not fresh, smelly. We even asked but one of their employee keep saying no its fresh. It's haram to cheat your customers like that. Very disappointing.

If I could give these people a zero star I would lol . It’s a joke how much they charge for stale food . I took a small lentil soup , small chicken curry(which was rotten btw and they charged me over $50 bucks . These people are crooks

This place is becoming worst day by day. All the employees are very rude. They doesn’t care about customer service. Few days ago I my family went there but I didn’t found some old employees. Because of their good hospitality behaviour I decided take my family as I used to go there often but I felt disrespected because their careless behaviour and customer service. There was a guy called Sufian was the worst part of the service. I will never go there with my family.

The atmosphere is relatively better than other Bangladeshi dining spaces. We didn 't eat there, and so can 't comment on the food. However, we got some kaalojaam, laalmohon, and roshogolla from there. To be honest, Premium Sweets is just another overhyped brand. The kaalojaam and laalmohon were just average. And the roshogolla, which they sell as plain roshogolla , is just Sponge roshogolla !!! Not sure if the customers can distinguish between the two, because the sellers would 've marketed it as sponge roshoglla if the customers had understood the difference. If you hate the sponge variety like I do, you 'd be irritated. We get kheermohon from our local Patel Brothers, and it 's way tastier than Premium 's premium sweets .
