Operation: Falafel - Broad Channel

For being a franchise, they have really good quality and tasty food and good prices. The box design they use for the 2 pita is very nice, so I wanted to document an unboxing. Rice pudding was tasty too. I'm a big fan of cinnamon, and the top layer was very nice. Wish maybe they also had more on the bottom. But overall, very tasty.

So much disappointed. I don’t know by which standards people are reviewing here, but their beef sandwich has no taste, they just tried to fill the pita with cabbage and other vegetables to cover the taste, the chicken sandwich was no better, the only average thing was their falafel. I took the the 2 sandwich combo. Beef sandwich: 1/10 Chicken sandwich: 2/10 Falafel: 5/10 Design and packaging: 9/10 I found it original.

Sudden price increase from 10.95 to 12.95 of all bowls. Wont order on ubereats anymore.

Ordered 2X online, both times the orders were sent out incomplete, charged for sauces that were left out of the order. Super dry food without the sauces. Gave them another try in person pick up — again no sauce, just awful. They have some problems with their system. That felafel was the worst I’ve ever eaten, dry, tasteless and the salad was wilted and flavorless. Will not order again.

The mix and match two pita sandwich meal is the best. The pitas are a great size for light eating and you can save one for later if you order to-go. Falafels were tender with good flavor
