I came here for my birthday dinner and Bryan was absolutely amazing make it even more special. Now to the food Top Tier. From the caviar deviled eggs to the warm butter cake. Superb.... I'll be back! Food so excellent I wrote this review while still in the restaurant because I didn't want to forget.

I had dinner last night before last and Ocean prime and I enjoyed the meal immensely. I ate scallops and they were cooked delightfully if I lived in New York, which I no longer do I visit more often.
