Late and incomplete order, charge for items that were not there, coffee was spilled and items missing without a courtesy of a call. Recommend NOT ordering from this place. Very unprofessional

I've been pretty disappointed with deliveries through GrubHub in Brooklyn. Most of them seem to have very little grasp of English and are unprofessional; this driver passed me several times at the delivery location even with specific directions, and acted shocked when I approached him to let him know I was the person waiting for him even though he looked dead at me several times! Yet even when doing so, he asked several other people instead of me, who was obviously waiting for him. That I had to track him down made me decide to not use GribHub for delivery anymore if I could help it; stupid is stupid if you get lost with step-by-step directions and then ask everyone except the one person looking directly at you if you ordered delivery. Sorry, can't use this anymore, I'd rather walk and get it myself without the side of ignorance.
