Manor Superette Bagels - Broad Channel

I've ordered from here several times and there's always an issue. 1st time I ordered I didn't receive anything. This time, I ordered 2 of the same thing and received only 1. I'd like to be able to rate based on the food itself but I never seem to receive anything when I order from here

The only thing consistent is that the quality is inconsistent. When things are correct they're great. Unfortunately, more often than not, something is wrong with the order... missing items, missing ingredients, too many ingredients. They never call for clarification on special instructions, either. I'd probably never order from here if it weren't so affordable and nearby convenient.

The sandwich was great. Just please provide the requested order next time

I don't know if it's me or them but almost every time I make special instructions, they get it wrong. Had ordered Roast beef with fresh mozz and gravy asking for regular mozz over fresh and extra gravy on the side. Received sandwich with fresh mozz, no gravy, and a side of cold (like right out of the fridge) gravy. Ordered bagels buttered then grilled. Received regular buttered bagels. I get I can be particular and that's annoying, but so is never receiving a correct order.

Their prices changes all the time. One time I purchased a cheap flavor seizure water and small bag of chip the total was more than $5. I have purchased sandwiches and its seems prices changes for that too.
