Went with a group of 12 to eat the unlimited ribeye. They made us wait for 4 of our group members despite the fact we had prepaid for our meal and had communicated our interest in sitting down early. After our group was completed we waited 30-45min (again our meals were prepaid and reservations set). Eventually we sat down around 9pm whereas our prepaid unlimited ribeye arrived at 10pm. Horrible service when I’ve paid ahead while also staying as a guest in the hotel. I’ll also add the wing apps were depressing in terms of quality cooking (overcooked). On the flip side once things started up they went smoothly. Ribeye was good and just kept coming. Server was doing his best though not perfect. Overall def not great experience for larger groups but might be worth exploring with some patience.

The place has a nice, cozy vibe. It's situated right next to the bar of the Moxy Hotel. The hotel bar, btw, has a great bartender and does great cocktails. You can only do reservations via OpenTable. It can be a hassle when you need to modify it. Otherwise, it's pretty easy. We went there for their Unlimited Ribeye steak for $45. The actual steaks were mediocre. You can choose the initial temperature of the steak to start the experience, then change it up as you go along. Never get the medium well. It's as tough as leather. The medium rare and rare are ok. However, the rare tasted like it was just thawed out and then seared. The seasoning was more on the salty side. Using the provided sauces helped push the steak down. They did have a good wine selection. We settled for their Malbec. The service was ok. We were seated immediately. However, we did notice that the wait between the steak refills were long in between. Must be their strategy so you end up consuming less. We called them out on it. After which, the refills started flowing promptly. So, take note of that if you decide to try them out. Overall, the whole experience left a lot to be desired. I probably won't come unless I was invited. I'd rather get my unlimited steak experience from a Brazilian or Argentinian style Rodizio or Korean BBQ.

The steak feels frozen despite medium rare. And it takes a long time for the steak time to come unfortunately.
