Lan Kwai Fong Cafe - Broad Channel

So sad this closed was one of the best canto spots in flushing for a hot minute. my fam would go pretty regularly. i hope it comes back someplace nearby soon.

2023.01 nice dishes for dinner. Taste good. Worth to visit. Hk style milk tea is not hot enough. Chicken is really good; restaurant is not too big. Although they have parking lot, too small and has abt 12 space. Food portions are ok.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but the food is pretty darn good. I'm not a huge fan of HK style western food, but my family likes it. The peanut butter French toast is much better than other American versions I've tried, decadent and sweet without being too heavy (the pat of butter looks good on camera but is too much tho. The Cantonese food was well executed and delicious. One obligatory star removed because the service is at best indifferent.

Food was decent and it's quite roomy inside. Service was fine but don't order any of the French toast at night. Took them at least 20 minutes to make. Overall an average experience.

Okay food at this HK style cafe.I had lunch on a weekday, the place was clean and service was pretty quick.You can't go wrong with the smooth HK style milk tea! On food I ordered a Spam Egg thick Sandwich and Wings with Black Pepper Sauce. The thick sandwich was good, the wings taste alright but too much sauce. They were drench with sauce which wasn't in my liking.
