Bidrage med feedbackFive stars for the very kind dude who runs it…this is a food cart — that was a surprise because I guess I did not look at the details before rushing out to check if they had bottled water, not for me — and it is just down the street from Millennium Broadway Times Square 45th St entrance…which was convenient for me.
I don’t understand why this place has good reviews. The meat was so chewy I had to spit out every other bite. The flavor/seasoning is good, but the meat is so disgusting it ruins it.
Heard about them on youtube and ordered chicken biryani. It was pretty average mainly because the chicken and rice were not cooked together. It was more like chicken over rice. Also felt it had a lot of oil and chilli in the name of spices. The portion size was very good and loved the curd sauce (raita) they had. But I think, there is much more delicious and authentic biryani at food carts found at intersection of Murray and Greenwich St downtown.
This is my go-to food truck in New York. Especially when it’s really late at night because they are open till 4am.
Best cart in midtown. I've been a customer for 20 years!
