Bidrage med feedbackThis is my first time ordering at Kuyas Lechon for Thanksgiving and I’m very impressed on how clean the place is, staff are very pleasing to transact with, courteous/welcoming, and very knowledgeable with the product that they are selling. They have wide varieties of items to choose from. I highly recommend this place if you want an amazing centerpiece for any occasion that is…LECHON!!!
Super delicious authentic food! The seasoning and selection of dishes are so good. Can't wait to go back.
This place is clean all throughout from the dining area to the kitchen.Food is good but quite disappointed with the lechon manok, short of what my taste has been used to.Price is reasonable. Lechon meal has good and satisfying amount of pork skin.Overall, it’s a very good experience.
Kuya's is a smaller, mom and pop run Filipino restaurant that appears to have been there only about a year. We went thinking it was mainly a BBQ place, but their menu is actually very extensive and includes almost any Filipino dish you can think of. I have eaten at almost all the Filipino places in Queens, so I tried ordering some things I had not had before. One of the most popular items here is the pancit habhab, which is rare to find. It was much different from the typical pancit canton, with this dish consisting of dried flour noodles (miki Lucban) that are soaked in a gravy. I highly recommend this one to try here. We also had their trademark lechon. I thought the lechon was very tasty, with very crispy skin and great flavor. My friend correctly noted that the lechon they serve here is cold and not the freshest. This is an accurate assessment and is something to keep in mind. Aside from that, we had an arroz caldo and a mami soup. Both of these were also well made and like the rest of our dishes, came in very large portions. Overall, Kuya's is a solid choice for Pinoy food.
Ordered food for pick up but they never made the food.. i would never order again in this place. We had to bring that food to a party now we dont have anything to bring. Very bad customer communication and service.
