Bidrage med feedbackThis is my favorite restaurant in Queens. The food is delicious and prompt. All the soups I've tried have been amazing and the service is always friendly. It's cash only so come prepared, there's an ATM across the street. Great for small parties up to 6. They don't take reservations but you can let them know to expect you. I've rarely had a long wait to get in but if you have to wait there's a very affordable bar Playground underneath. Try the fish balls which are all fantastic, the garlic fried rice, and the pork blood soup. Thai hot pot has such interesting and delicious flavors compared to traditional varieties. I'm always telling people to try this place!
Went there because of family member highly recommended.Food wise, it is really good, soup broth are delicious, and it’s all you can eat buffet. Garlic fried rice is incredible delicious. My one star is because of the pricing and service.First, the price went from 24.95 to 34.95, kids are the same price as adult? I never saw any store pricing like this. When we received the bill after meals, they charged additional connivence fee almost $40.I asked what is that fee for? They said because we have 5+ party, they need to charge that. The total cost for each one of us will be 34.95+ 7.95+ tax and tip. And kids are same price?I wish they could tell us earlier before we sat down, then we got to choose to stay or leave. Not like that feeling got ripped after the meal. Will never go back no matter how good the food is.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly, overpriced. For young kids, how much could they eat per meal even it is all you can eat buffet? How could they charge the same pricing as adult?
I made special trip to NY from west coast for this place. My favorite is the clear spicy broth (tom zap) and of course the garlic fried rice. The dipping sauces are special too. I made sure to come by before 5pm to avoid dinner rush.Food: 5/5
Usually ayce hot pot places are Chinese hot pot, but this one is Thai. The broth here is really good, especially the Yen Ta Fo (chinese beancurd) one. It's a little sour and well-seasoned. Their garlic fried rice is also delicious! The place is located on 2nd floor, is pretty small (if you have a big party, your party might be separated to 2 tables), and takes cash only.
?jaew hon new yorkthai style hot pot in queens thai hot pot hits differently than other hot pot in the city. the soup, especially the pink one (made of fermented bean curd), is so flavorful and it is a must order! the meat and all other ingredients are so fresh and have a wide variety.another best thing is the sauce: all spicy and full of authentic thai flavors. i would go to this place whenever i crave thai spice and true taste. it is ayce and the price is $30 per person.
