Frankie Johnnie's Steakhouse

We came late at night and that was not an issue but I was not really impressed with my porkchop. It was overcooked and burnt. Also wasn't sure if the apple sauce was homemade but it didn't taste like it was. The mashed potato wasn't light and fluffy either. It was okay. However my friend enjoyed her entrees which was the surf and turf and shrimp cocktail appetizer. Also it was very warm in there. But the service was great and they waitstaff was really attentive and pleasant. Maybe next time I will try to go at a later time to see if the food quality is better.

This was the first time dining in the new location. Other than the change in scenery, it was exactly as we remembered, if not better. Crab Cakes were very good. The New York Strip and the Chilean Sea Bass were exceptional. Mushrooms and onions were cooked perfectly. The Cauliflower was beyond all expectations. The staff was attentive without feeling intrusive. Looking forward to the next visit.

Food (filet and shrimp scampi) excellent. Service perfect. Went to 46th street location Our server Abraham was attentive and went above and beyond for our 50th anniv. Atmosphere lovely. Well worth the price!!
