It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I found the staff in both drive-thru lines to be very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my dairy and soy-free iced coffee and would definitely order it again. However, there was a bit of an issue with the two drive-thru lanes. They ask customers to take turns at the end of the line leading to the window, but unfortunately, some drivers tried to cut in front of others, thinking they could get their coffee faster. This caused delays, and the car in front of me was particularly affected by two aggressive drivers, which led to some confusion. Fortunately, the staff came out and handed me my coffee, allowing me to leave without much hassle. Overall, it was a positive experience despite the drive-thru chaos.

I always feel welcomed when I arrive at this restaurant. Even though there aren't any pastries available yet, I'm still happy. The service is fast and efficient. There are sometimes two lines, but they often have two staff members outside to help get your order started. I appreciate the design of the window area, as it features an opening to the right that allows them to serve you if your order is ready and the car in front of you isn't moving. This makes it easy to grab your order and get on with your day, which is really fantastic. My server brought my drink with a smile, and I ordered the amazing iced Rebel Unicorn Blood, which I believe is a limited-time offer for Halloween. It tasted great, so be sure to try it while you can. Go for it!

What’s not to love about Dutch Bros? The staff is consistently upbeat, friendly, and outgoing—always cheerful, dancing, and smiling. And then there are the drinks... absolutely delicious! There’s something for everyone, whether it’s nitro cold brew, teas, frozen coffee, and more. Some of our favorites include the Bob Freeze, Shark Attack Rebel, Campfire Cold Brew, Cookie Dough Cold Brew, Unicorn Blood, and Banana Split Freeze.

My experience at this Dutch Bros was solid, featuring the usual great service and a delicious drink. **ITEMS ORDERED**: Naturally, I had to try the seasonal offering, the Iced Caramel Pumpkin Brulee, with an extra shot of espresso added. **TASTE**: This drink is described as a blend of pumpkin, salted caramel, soft top, pumpkin drizzle, and raw sugar. It definitely leans more toward dessert than traditional coffee, but that's partially why I love Dutch Bros. Overall, I really enjoyed the drink; it's definitely one of my top picks among fall beverages available. My main critique is that I wish the pumpkin and salted caramel flavors were more pronounced. From the first sip, it's sweet—typical of Dutch drinks—but you can also detect the subtle pumpkin flavor (along with a hint of cinnamon) and the caramel. To me, the salted caramel flavor doesn't come through as “salted,” but rather tastes like regular caramel. The addition of raw sugar contributes a nice texture and enhances the decadence of the drink, as does the soft top, which is similar to a sweet cold foam. If I were to order this drink again, I would ask for a bit more pumpkin drizzle and salted caramel, plus two extra shots of espresso, to better highlight the fall flavors without sacrificing the coffee essence. **SERVICE**: I was very happy with the service at this Dutch Bros, just as I've always been in Las Vegas. The second group tends to be selfish and cutthroat, lacking control over their own lives and exhibiting poor time management, which leads them to exert control in any way they can. 3. The third group is much rarer—calm and logical individuals who understand the straightforward nature of the double drive-thru. They recognize the importance of the drink runners keeping the lanes moving and know to pull up to the window when it’s free, following a simple zipper pattern. The few staff members who assisted us appeared to be from out of state, and it’s our hope that the local employees can match their efficiency. Kudos to them for delivering great service!
