I ordered the maple latte and was really pleased with it! The price is quite typical for New York City.

The oat milk latte was perfectly balanced and offered at excellent prices! The barista who took our order was incredibly kind as well!

I walk past this hidden gem every day and finally decided to give it a try. I've had a few cups of coffee there and recently bought a bag of their Greenpoint blend. I brewed it using a Chemex, and it turned out fantastic! It's great that Chema roasts regularly, as the bag I bought was roasted just the day before. It's clear that this little spot is serious about its coffee, but I do wish I could go inside and that they opened a bit earlier. Nonetheless, they serve an excellent cup of coffee, and I'll definitely be back frequently!

I ordered the cold brew and the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and both were truly fantastic! The cold brew was clearly made from high-quality beans, showcasing delightful and robust chocolate notes. The egg sandwich was just as impressive, with soft, buttery bread that was perfectly toasted on both sides. The eggs were light and fluffy, completing a wonderful meal.

This is undoubtedly the best spot for cold brew and chai in NYC and Brooklyn. It’s genuinely one of the city's best-kept coffee secrets. The café is housed in an old candy store, which adds to its unique charm. Owned by a couple, this is the original location of their two businesses. They were trailblazers in the eco-friendly coffee movement, even using pasta as stirrers for the coffee. You can also choose from a selection of pastries or savor a tasty egg sandwich. The service is consistently outstanding, and the owners will remember you after just a few visits. Although the seating is limited, stopping by early on the weekends is a perfect way to start your day.
