Chopped Cheese - Broad Channel

Staff were friendly. Great selection of deli food, snacks, drinks and some other essentials. The New York hero chopped cheese was great.

The sandwiches are but kinda pricey. I believe is to sell for yuppies coming to Harlem but the street people are the actual costumer. So, the price of the chopped cheese should be less than $10 regardless of the inflation. Also, the cook that made my sandwich on December 31, 2022 around 9pm. Keep him

Prices are insane for what you’re getting. Not worth it at all! I purchased a roll with just Turkey and lettuce, no cheese, literally nothing else. They wanted to charge me $10. Let me not mention the time they charged me $15 for a cup of protein and blended ice. I don’t see them lasting long in this community.

I waited an hour for my food, and it wasn't even the best chop cheese I've ever had. The store also doesn't offer good drinks or chips.

I had a disappointing experience at New York Hero. The food tasted off, almost like dog meat, which was really unappetizing. The Chicken Quesadilla didn’t have any cheese in it, but it was still a better option than the chopped cheese. The Honey Turkey sandwich was just okay; it could have been improved. On the positive side, the French fries were good—no complaints there. The 20 oz Pepsi was also fine, though it was a $2 bottle. Overall, I was really let down, especially since I had high hopes for the chopped cheese. I even called ahead to confirm that everything, including sauces, was correct! I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here.
