An absolute disappointment. I ordered the trifecta platter coming in at over $40 on Uber, the truffle Mac and cheese was more basic then the most boring low budget kennedys chicken. The chicken was juicy but no where near a half a pound. There was no char or even the appearance of smokiness in the sausage or brisket and the size of the plate and overall lack of any real bbq flavor whatsoever effectively make this place the worst kind of restaurant ripoff! I came with very mild expectations and frankly, I almost don't want to try any other bbq place in the city due the aggressive false advertising and general scammy approach to getting new customers. Don't do better, just close.

What this restaurant lacks in ambiance and size it mostly makes up for with very decent food.Burnt ends, corn salad, and wings were fabulous.Chorizo, pastrami, and rice were all fine.Fries were straight from the freezer.Menu is overwhelmingly large for such a small place.They have a few stools and a counter for eating in, but I assume they mostly do takeout.No sink for washing.Certified OU Glatt Kosher.

Great lunch special at a super price. Don’t be alarmed that it is kosher, the food is actually good and reasonable priced. A few things to note: excellent fries they somehow have managed to create the best sauces I’ve ever had. There’s maybe 10 different sauces all great and different I have had the burrito and burgers. Both are excellent. service is generally quick. I’ve never seen it that busy lunch specials are between $12 17

We got the platters, and they came with no sauce, which was really annoying luckily we had an old leftover bottle at home). The mac and cheese was cold and barely sauced I'm inferring from another review that this is dairy free mac and cheese, which was totally not clear from the menu. : Cole slaw was pretty good. Beans are black beans, which I find odd for BBQ. The platters were supposed to come with bread and pickle chips and instead we got tortilla chips with nothing to dip them in. Just from the perspective of a regular BBQ place, i was very disappointed. Maybe it's good for kosher bbq? I don't know.

We visited the Cedarhurst location for lunch, and everything was fantastic! The food, drinks, service, staff, background music, and decor were all impressive. I ordered the Big Bird along with a side of sautéed green beans, and it turned out to be one of the best meals I've ever had! The food is exceptional, and the staff is very friendly. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return! Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience!
