This is 100% a hidden gem! The best thing about this spot is the unlimited beverages for $29.99 where you get ANY drinks on their list and not just mimosas! The fusion of Cuban and Asian food is amazingly unique delish! Love the palette given at the end to close out the meal. The space is decorated nicely and the service is lovely! Highly recommend!

Tourists beware. This is a trap. Ordered the Lobster Noodles. Wayyy to overpriced. Costs $38 per bowl. Served using cheap noodles angel hair), a few pieces of Chinese vegetables, chili flakes that can be bought at a local krogers, half a lobster, and some bacon bits averaging around 12.50 for ingredients alone). Can hardly taste the butter as well. Service was alright aside from serving me sparkling water $10 btw, $5 after splitting with 1 person) instead of bottled water, later swapped to sprite $5 as well). Paid $51, $60 after a tip.

This was my first visit to Calle Dao, I was invited by a local who loves this little restaurant. We ordered diferent food and really enjoyed the food, we also had a great time. My only disappointment was the mandatory tip 20%. Ouch! I think that if this is mandatory, (it was added to the bill), as a customer, I would've liked to know before hand.

Not a local, but this seemed local and exocticish all in a cozy tucked away kind of way. The food was a pretty unique blend of both Cuban and Chinese, and it came out pretty tasty. Service was fast considering the crowd, but the atmosphere takes top listing here. It's a very New York experience, and one I'd say you should take a chance to enjoy.

Love their ambiance, attention and happy hour menu. Just enough to share and enjoy. We had their mango margaritas which weren’t too strong but still delicious. We ordered chicken empanadas, papas rellenadas and shrimp wontons. These were all good and brought out promptly. The place felt like I was transported to Cuba. The music was great and the vibe was so homey. The staff were efficient, courteous and very attentive. Constantly checking in on us and ensuring everything was well.
