Bustan Nyc - Broad Channel

The food here is flat out fantastic. Everything is super flavorful and well cooked. The house made bread is a must. The octopus is so tender and tasty. The lamb is tender and spiced perfectly. Our waitress knew the menu inside and out and was able to tell us the specials slowly so we could actually understand what she was saying. The ambiance is cozy yet fun. Would definitely come back here

Made reservation well ahead for an anniversary meal. Not given a good table—cramped, near staff door, very uncomfortable high-back chairs, but we asked for a better table and were accommodated with an excellent table in a quieter spot, very near the front door. Very good service throughout the evening. Server was helpful with our questions about some of the dishes. We had a mix of specials and regular menu items. The bread and hummus were delicious as was the grilled octopus. The cocktail drinks were just ok… felt like they were trying to hard to make them unique but the taste was off. The Ross drink had a cloying rose taste.

This has been one of the best experiences I had in a restaurant in a long time. Danny the manager was very helpful and welcoming.

The service was excellent, the food was great, the decor was interesting and relaxing.
