Burger Time - Broad Channel

The lady taking orders in the weekends over the phone is incredibly nasty and rude- She needs training on how to speak with patrons giving their hard earn money for respectable service. I paid $25 for a cheeseburger that had no lettuce nor tomatoes and no soda with chips like cmon- I reporting this place ASAP! The delivery driver for Saturdays doesn't seem to have a sense of direction and know where he is going as well

My son and I have visited burgertime a few times over the past 4 or 5 years. The burgers, wings, shakes and fries are always tasty and fresh. Service is always friendly and fast.... recently in October we visited. I was having one of the worst days... There was a lady Named Amanda who just so happened to be an Angel who served my son and I. She was a reminder of there still being good people out there

The burgers at Burger Time are delicious. They are prepared to perfection. I also recommend the fried mushrooms, which were awesome.

The food was amazing, the milk shakes are super thick and very tasty, BUT… the waitress looked overwhelmed and was given no assistance while the manager just watched and continued to chat with others at the counter area.. overall, will only be doing takeout going forward..

My friend recommended this spot and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Wow they really blew my mind. The meat was on point and well seasoned. The fries was also really good. The person who picked up the phone was very courteous and professional. Thanks
