I have been eating at this restaurant for more than 20 years, and the food has always been fantastic. The owners and staff make you feel like family, greeting you with a warm smile every time. It's a small venue, but it has a charming and cozy atmosphere.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I called in the morning to order breakfast, as I sometimes like to try something new. However, the man who usually takes orders in the morning was very rude. When I inquired about the price of one of the platters, he responded with an eye roll and a dismissive "oh my God," which showed a lack of professionalism. I've made up my mind not to dine here anymore.
