Amazing. I was in NYC for a quick errand and happened to run into Blue Ribbon on the way to where I needed to go. I had no expectations except I that I was hungry and went in for a small meal, and was completely blown away. The negitoro I ordered was so buttery and perfectly made, I’m still thinking about it. The hijiki salad I ordered as well was great too. It’s a shame that I don’t live close enough to go there every day.
