Benemon - Broad Channel

I came here for dinner with a friend, its a nice, cozy and quiet place, the servers were so friendly. Ive been craving for unagi for a long while and definitely enjoyed it alot. Loved the food, everything was so great.

Nice place for a quiet date night. Went with the small plates since they seemed more interesting. I'd recommend the beef tataki which is quite flavorful. The cocktails and sake selection is nice. For cocktails, the Summer Echoes is aptly named.

Face restaurant in NY! The chef is excellent, recommend going with a group and splitting their apps prior to your entree. You won't be disappointed!!

Vibe was chill. Had high hope but food was really just average. Wanted to like the unadon — seems like their most popular dish but didn’t meet my expectations. The soft shelled crab was ok, not feeling like it’s super fresh. Salad was just ok too. Only upside is the cocktails were pretty good many options with sake in it. For the price, would not come back again.

Love this cozy Japanese spot, their curry’s are a highlight. Also had dish with eel, extremely fresh.
