Baskin-robbins - Broad Channel

A very frustrating experience. Ordered a three scoop sundae which the dude (probably the same one from the previous reviews) confirmed with us FOUR times. Something told me to check my receipt and he charged a 1 scoop sundae and another 2 scoop sundae. We tried to explain to him that there is a clear price difference but he simply did not understand. I mean service is terrible, my man doesn't know english at all. I know its hard to find employees willing to work minimum wage but why he is talking to customers beats me.

Dude has no idea how to make any of the menu items, forgot the bannas and syrup for the 7.25 sundae I bought and took 5 minutes to make it… Never going back to this location

Great selection of ice cream. Cakes were also available. Dining room closes at 10pm but the drive thru is available if you want to any coffee from Dunkin or ice cream from Baskin. Haven't ran into any issues from the Baskin side. Dunkin side is another story.

Service was very slow even though they were not busy in the afternoon when I went.
