Baoburg - Broad Channel

Cute place with good portions. It's like fast casual but also there is a fish tank so why not take your time. Chill you know?

Had to wait an entire year to eat here again before I moved and even after dreaming of it constantly, it did not disappoint. Everything has so much depth and you can tell the effort that was put into perfecting each dish. The lava buns alone make it worth it, must order!

I had the Hanoi noodles and they were OK. Prefer the vermicelli noodles at Di and Di — way better and meat is more flavorful there. The people working there were nice — but I just felt the dish lacking in composition and flavor. My bf’s pho was good to me. Ordered for over the phone, was told it would take 10 minutes. I arrive and it wasn't ready, after about 25 minutes I started asking on the status, and these jerks were straight up ignoring me, I wasn't even upset about the fact that they took so long, they were clearly swamped. Baoburg is our solid go-to Thai spot in the hood. They are super fast with takeout orders and the food always shows up hot and delicious. They have a back patio as well.
