Akvárna - Brno

Very good place always when I go to Brno I visit her to get a decent high-quality meal with beer. Chicken soup was good as cream brulee, but the beef was brilliant. Very delicate and the proportion of chili was ideal so that it a bit seasoned, but not killed the taste. Visit again:

This was an excellent little find in Brno. It was such good a good experience that we went back again the next night something we've never done before! Tagine, pork belly, lemon chicken were all excellent, and desserts were classy as well. The beer (from their mate's brewery) is delicious and well priced. The decor is minimalist and striking. We had a great chat with the owners and hope their business goes from strength to strength.

Really nice place to go for lunch, wonderful food if you don't want the typical Czech dishes you get everywhere else. We took a mediterrean vegetarian dish and lamb steaks together with the excellent Kozi beer they serve. Tell the waiter in advance that you want it medium rare otherwise you get it (too) well done. Very friendly service! English speaking. Secluded, not main stream or touristy. Seats about 20 guests. We would definitely go there again! We can recommend this place.
