Very good coffee, very nice place! The cashing part is disceptive, it's a little bit confusing. People are in front of themselves without any problems and no follow-up to customer order. The little disappointment of the end but which marks because this is the last image we hold.

Very good drinks and the staff downstairs was very pleasant. Conversely, the behaviour of the waitress this afternoon who was running the floor was inappropriate. Watching the customers who say "good-bye, good-bye" in the eyes but not answering anything, it's a shame, especially when working in contact with customers every day.

Too bad we eat it well but the staff and an unpleasant without name ... we are literally throwing out by lack of room inside.. going to the other Bogotá.. thank you madam but I will pass!

With my son we set ourselves on a terrace on a table that was not loose. After multiple eye contact attempts no server came. So we got up to go and a waitress told us "good-bye" of the people who came after us were served.! to flee as soon as there are more than 3 people.
