The staff was very helpful. I haven't been to Baskin and Robbins in years but decided today was the day. As I'm disabled I have mobility issues. The young lady at the counter was so patient with me and answered all my questions with confidence. When I paid she even took my purchase to my car so I wouldn't fall trying to do it by myself.

My husband and I just went to the Gresham location and bought 2 single scoop cones and were charged $17 and change (store was not busy). My husband doesn’t speak English well and gave the young girl a $20. After we left he said those were sure expensive cones for more than $17. When we got back to our hotel, I called the store and told them what happened and their till is going to be over tonight as we were way over charged and it’s too far to come back so it looks like they got a big tip. The girl never even apologized for the error

Terrible management. The lower level employees I've interacted with were all pleasant. We ordered a graduation cake two days in advance. The cake we ordered was from the Baskin Robbins graduation cake selection. When we went to pick up the cake they had forgotten(? to put any of the graduation decorations on it. It was also incorrectly frosted and assembled. I have had several ice cream cakes made before two of which were from a Baskin Robbins and it has never been constructed like this or had the issues this one did. When asked about the fact it was supposed to be a graduation cake the employee working said that she didn't know about how to get the graduation decorations because that's her bosses job. She called her boss who helped her locate a graduation hat decoration for the cake and nothing else. The employee was nice but obviously was unprepared to handle it. The employee offered apologies her boss did not. No discount or refund was offered. There was not time to get another cake so we had to make do.

I love Baskin Robbins. It's been my go to for sweet ice cream since I was a kid. I'm giving the products 5 stars. Not going to take away stars but on 6/4/23 around 6:30pm only two teenage girls were working, no one in the store and they were talking a solid 5 mins before one even acknowledged our presence. The other looked annoyed about them being interrupted. Anyway just do better on customer service, the younger generation needs to learn that. Otherwise any other time we have been on has been wonderful!!
