Starbucks - BRISTOW

I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this Starbucks. The staff seem unfamiliar with the new drinks, and honestly, they struggle with the basic offerings as well. There’s always something off about the taste. I haven't had a single positive experience there. I wouldn't recommend visiting this subpar version of Starbucks – it's just a waste of money.

This place feels like a gloomy Starbucks kiosk. There’s hardly any seating, and it feels cramped. I feel for the staff; they always seem unhappy. It’s worth driving a little further to the Starbucks at Atlas Walk instead. At least there, you can enjoy your overpriced coffee in a more pleasant atmosphere.

This restaurant is incredibly slow. We've visited several times, and even with just two people ahead of us, we've waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. You might as well head over to Dunkin Donuts; you'll be served much faster there.

The coffee is usually pretty good but recently I went there at 8pm because their website said that this location closed at 9. When I got there all the lights in the Starbucks were out and we found a worker who told us they close at 8 so their website is wrong.

Hard to get a hello from some staff members, they look at you like they are the public assistance administration and they are unhappy to see you, instead of the 7 dollar coffee place. Others try to make up for it because they are embarassed by their co-workers attitude. Burned coffee is not a selling point, customer service is, that's why I prefer to go to Starbucks 20 minutes away in Fair Lakes at East Market
