Jersey Mike's Subs - BRISTOW

I was very disappointed! We ordered two Philly steak cheese subs with lettuce and tomatoes, which is a pretty straightforward request. Yet, somehow, they messed it up. Both subs arrived with only the meat in the roll, nothing else. Talk about incompetence! I definitely won't be coming back to this place again.

I placed an online pickup order, and it was ready super quickly and completely accurate. The restaurant has convenient parking and location, making it easy to get in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Typically, when the younger staff members are working, they demonstrate better hygiene practices. However, an older gentleman prepared my sandwich and, while wearing gloves, entered the cost into the computer. He then returned to my sandwich, pressed down on it to cut and wrap it, still using the same gloves! It seems like he was too preoccupied with his knife skills to follow proper sanitation protocols.

Jersey Mike's is my top choice for a sandwich shop. The quality of the sandwiches is reliably great at every location. I had the classic Italian, and it was outstanding. One of their standout features is that they slice the deli meats fresh to order, ensuring everything is always fresh. Another member of my group ordered the steak and cheese, which was also delicious! This definitely won't be my last visit to Jersey Mike's! Terrible experience. On Friday, February 11, I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 6:08. I finally received the last part of my order at 6:58, and there was a woman still waiting for her order that was promised at 5:45. While part of my hot sandwich order was ready at 6:40, I had to wait for the remainder. When I got home, I discovered that two of my sandwiches were incorrect. There were also six other customers waiting for their online orders. The three staff members working were clearly overwhelmed for a Friday night, as they prioritized serving walk-in customers over fulfilling online orders. The young lady at the grill seemed disorganized, as it took over 30 minutes to complete my three-sandwich order. As a result, some items were cold by the time I got home. This reflects a lack of training and proper management. I couldn’t help but wonder why the owner or manager wasn’t present to help out during such a busy time. I won’t be ordering from here again.
