Very noisy establishment , a large screen was pounding out music and voice, service good food very ordinary

Sadly the most recent reviews are correct ! Poor poor poor customer service ! Yes it’s a whisky bar but you can’t order a pint of beer !?!? The bar man was rude and disrespectful to paying customers ! This place needs to read its reviews !!!

Would be a lovely place if the bartender wasn 't completely up himself Went in for a pint with a few friends and he started taking the Michael about us ordering beer in the premier whiskey bar in the south-west Just an unpleasant experience really, first time I 've been in a pub and the service staff actively mock paying customers

If you want to be ridiculed and purposely not give what you ordered and charge extra rate because the servers feel like it. Go ahead. My experience was that of an extortion attempt. Tried ignoring the aggression of the manager who was sat drinking but was too much. Had to leave. Still tried taking my money.

Went in and was told they were out of pitchers, only to be completely belittled by both the man behind the bar, and a man sat at the bar, in tandem. Ended up leaving without ordering a drink, utterly let down. Worst service I have ever received. DO NOT GO
