T.g.i. Friday's - Bristol, City of

The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic and enjoyable. However, the service did not meet the same standard as other TGI's locations I have visited in the past. It took 60 minutes from the time we were seated to receive our starters, and another 45 minutes after finishing our starters to get our mains. After finishing our mains, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we could track down our waitress to pay our bill and leave. Delivery drivers for takeout orders were constantly walking past our table to track down their orders in the kitchen, even though the manager had asked them to wait by the main door. This was a bit distracting, especially considering the price of the meal. Overall, I don't think we will be returning to this particular TGI's in the future.

I stopped by for a quick drink and was not disappointed. It was a bit of a shame that they only accepted card payments at the time, but the beer was good and they had a great selection at the bar. The place was clean and overall a pleasant experience. I would definitely like to come back in the future.

Angharad and Max provided excellent service. They recommended great cocktails and were very cheerful and friendly. I will definitely return to this restaurant next time I am in the city.

Especially, megan, you were a legendary! if all service staff were as friendly as they were the world would be a better place! I hope they win the bottle of wine! regarding eating, everything was hot, fast and delicious! the prices are something. higher than I pay in the rule, but it is worth definitiw. beer and drinks were also good, quite good for a restaurant. the birthday song was also a good laugh, so also kudos!

Megan served us and was amazing, they gave great recommendations to non-alcoholic cocktails! 100% made my day!
