Costa Coffee - Bristol, City of

Coffee is pretty tasteless I have been going to Costa for years and it has become a bit of a habit one which I will be breaking.The shops look tired inside and out.Many people cant get a card for a free coffee because they cant get the Costa app mostly pensioners the people they rely on.I dont think much of Costa anymore

Popped in for a coffee the staff was lovely and helped us brilliantly with 2 children, gave us the wrong cake but immediately gave us the right cake with our extra charge! Keep up the good work team!

My wife and I popped in for a coffee and a sandwich at 3.45. We got our order and sat down by 3.50. Almost straight away, it was announced that the shop closes at 4pm. We thought, fine, they are bound to allow us enough time to finish as they were still taking orders. However, the announcement was repeated another 3 times, until at 4pm we were personally informed that the shop was closed! This was very rude and unreasonable. Costa definitely need to train their staff in Customer Service. Have used this shop since it opened, but won’t be back.

I visited here and ws pleased that they offer a glass of ice with cold drinks. I took a Sprite, Cheese Tomato Toastie A Feta Tomato Pasta Salad. The seating is comfortable and modern but the walls do look a little dated. That sort of light pine effect isn't often seen anymore. The toastie was delicious, the cheese especially was flavoursome with surprisingly sweet notes, and it was served steaming hot. The pasta also tasted good. It is a reasonable place for a lunch and a refreshing drink.
